PUPAE of SPHINGICAMPA (Syssphinx) MONTANA direct from habitat. Seldom offered moth of variable colors and very limited distribution in the USA. Easy to pair, easy to rear, easy to overwinter. Keep the pupae completely dry and at cool room temperature. No misting. No moist substrate. Keep on dry paper towels in an emergence cage. Do not store outdoors. Do not refrigerate. Do not freeze. Emergence in June-July. Spectacular caterpillars. 
HOSTPLANTS: honeylocust (Gleditsia), powder puff tree or mimosa (Albizia), black locust (Robinia), most Acacia including invasive Australian species, mesquite (Prosopis); catclaw (Mimosa), feather acacia (Paraserianthes), leadball tree (Leucaena) and many other legume trees and shrubs.
