Hello everyone. I have Hyalophora cecropia eggs to offer from 4 pairings that occurred in the last 2 nights. I will likely have even more pairings over the next few days. The eggs come from F0 adults and a mix of the 4 females will be sent to each order to reduce inbreeding as much as possible.
Price: 25 eggs - 22€
Shipping costs: 8€ within the EU and 12€ to other countries. Shipping will be as priority mail with tracking number.
Payment method: Paypal (friends and family or if you prefer goods and services add 6% for comissions) or Bank transfer
Foodplants: Liquidambar, Salix, Betula are some of the best hostplants but they are very polyphagous
Breeding hints: Fairly easy species to raise. They do better if sleeved outside, even though the first instar does well in closed plastic boxes. If rearing outside is not an option raise them in mesh cages inside with some airflow. Temperatures of 21-25°C are ideal and avoid excess humidity at all cost
