ANNOUNCEMENT, Question regarding buying/trading

What do I do when a seller/trader still won't respond, even though they agreed to the trade prior to this? I am really looking forward to getting cocoons of this species, but the trade has no way of continuing without them replying with the information as to whether they reared them successfully or not.
