Eggs are from pairings between sleeve-reared females and wild males.
Foodplants: Wild Black Cherry (Prunus serotina), tuliptree and deciduous magnolias are used by this species here. Other foodplants used in other areas of the country that may or may not work for this population include: sassafras, spicebush, buttonbush, lilac, white ash and sweet gum.
Note: Eggs are sensitive to excessive heat: please do not supply an address that delivers to a mailbox in the sun. If the package is delayed by USPS, I will either re-ship or refund the order and shipping charges, because problems associated with shipping are always the responsibility of the seller.
