Description
I still have overwintering Papilio rutulus pupae available, from Alameda County, California.
Note (for those who live in colder climates): the local population is NOT cold hardy and cannot tolerate freezing temperatures. Refrigerator temperature should be okay.
Hostplants: many woody trees, the following I can personally confirm -- willow (Salix) and poplar (Populus), stonefruits (Prunus) and apple (Malus), bigleaf maple (Acer macrophyllum), sycamore (Platanus), ash (Fraxinus). Other reported host plants may or may not work for this population.
Price: $10/pupa + $10.40 shipping. PayPal only.
