Description
About 2 1/2 months back a friend sent me some eggs of quite the exiting hybrid! The particularly GINORMOUS female which layed the eggs attracted a wild male Polyphemus, and I have raised the eggs! CONTACT ME FOR FURTHER DETAILS.

They have been just as easy to care for as regular Polyphemus, and feed on the same plants. The caterpillars have been an interesting variety of individuals which look like some south american Antheraea moths (dark green, large), (smaller, shiny spots), regular poly (more yellowish), and even some having shiny, pink spots. Super cool. Not sure what the adults will look like, but the attached image from the web is what the mother looked like.
Since they are such a rare hybrid to find, and have taken long to rear, I am asking 15$ per cocoon. Shipping is 10$ for any quantity. I can offer bulk discounts (15+). Payment is through PayPal friend and family, or add a few dollars. I can sex cocoons if you would like, cost-free.
I would also be interested in doing trades for other exotic, or hard-to-find species. Just email me with offers - it can't hurt to ask!
