Description
I have some luna moths that are (mistakenly) hatching at the moment. The sweetgum here will be gone in not very long, so therefore rearing would be impossible via normal methods. I am looking for someone in Florida and/or somewhere else with year round sweetgum to rear these eggs for me, once I end up with some.
Once they have cocooned we can split the cocoons.
Some of the eggs may be of the desirable "rubomarginata" variation, with the pink band on the bottoms of the wings of the adults.
