BAD TRADE WITH, Richard Mucheri - pupae never received

I ordered several imperialis pupae from the trader going under the name Richard Muchiri and/or Daniella Lehmann (Paypal account was under Richard but Daniella is the one who corresponded with me initially via email).  Payment was sent via paypal on 4/21 and pupae were promised to be sent shortly thereafter.  Almost three weeks later and no shipment, no tracking info, and no further response to inquiries as to the status of the order.
